All In White

This dreamy cake was created for my sister and her new husband. The cake was wrapped in a beautiful opal 3 inch ribbon. Cascading from the top into the bellowing cloud of fine fabric is an array of hand crafted flowers. This cake of chocolate and white covered in Wedding White Choco Pan served 100.


Red Roses and Hearts

This is the perfect cake to celebrate your Wedding and Valentines Day. The heart shaped cake was designed with over 100 vibrant red roses made of butter cream icing. To keep with the red and white theme the bride and groom agreed that the traditional white cake filled with red raspberries would make the perfect combination. The cake serves around 175 quest, saving the top layer for a romantic dinner for 2 some time in the near future.

Calla Lily Wedding

This bride loves calla lilies so this pink, white and chocolate cake was designed with that in mind. Thirty five lilies and leaves surround this wedding cake. To off set the cakes and make the fondant different colors added to the uniqueness of this wedding cake.

The cakes were a 6 inch and 10 inch square. It served around 45 - 50 guest.
White and Ivory

This lovely cake was done for my Mom's wedding. It's a five tier cake. A beautiful contrast was accomplished by adding white petunias and roses to an ivory fondant. It is separated with crystal pillars. The cake is covered with a delicious choco pan rolled fondant. The cake flavors were alternating flavors of chocolate and vanilla filled with a raspberry or pineapple filling. Serving size is 350 people
