Mary and Danny's Wedding

Mary and Danny selected a showpiece cake for their wedding reception held at Charlotte City Club.  This 4 tier cake alternated dots and a swirl pattern.  Because they wanted a showpiece cake they were able to have each layer taller which add a little drama and elegance.

Congratulations Mary and Danny!  We pray for a long beautiful marriage.

Nikki and Jon's Wedding

Nikki and Jon held their wedding at Oehlers BBQ Barn.  Nikki and Jon were the first couple to be married in their lovely chapel on site.  They selected a square 4 tiered showpiece cake.  I used burlap in between each tier  with a thin yellow ribbon.  Hot pink daisies accented each tier but place at an angle all the way down the cake. On the cake for them to cut was the same daisy and a brown fondant band and yellow ribbon to copy the burlap look.

Congratulations Nikki and Jon on your marriage.  We hope you have a life together full of love and laughter.

Dawn and James Wedding

Dawn and James held their wedding reception at The Chima Steakhouse in uptown Charlotte.  They selected 3 different cupcake flavors but all with cream cheese icing and white cupcake wraps. Their cake was decorated in my petal design and a pretty bow on top.  Dawn's all white theme was perfect for a wedding.

Crystal's Bridal Shower

Crystal bridal shower featured this wedding dress and cupcakes in her colors of ivory and gold.  The dress had little gold flowers and white dragrees The cupcakes had the same gold flower with ivory dragees however I added gold glitter for some bridal bling.

Cocktails and Sweets with Chelish Moore Flowers

These are the goodies I made for Chelish Moore Flowers bridal event.  One the cup cake stand there are lemonade and chocolate espresso cup cakes.  Next are the little green boxes that are getting well know for having our bride and groom truffles.  The truffles on the silver plate are key lime, lemon, chocolate and strawberry.  The last treats are the cake push ups.  They were the hit of the party.  I made red velvet with cream cheese, carrot cake with cream cheese and whip cream,  almond pound cake with pineapple/coconut filling topped with butter cream, and strawberry and lemon cake with butter cream.

These cake push up are a great idea for your wedding reception, a bridal shower, rehearsal dinner or instead of cupcakes.
