Alyssa and Patrick's Wedding

Alyssa and Patrick were married at the Point on Lake Norman and served their family and guest cake push ups.  They were a big hit according to mom.  The chocolate extreme push up were the first go be eaten.  They had chocolate cake,  chocolate butter cream, whipped chocolate gauche and oreos, finished off with mini chocolate chips.  The other flavors were strawberry and lemon cake with lemon whip cream and cream cheese, almond butter cake with chocolate butter cream and chocolate cake with raspberry jell and raspberry butter cream.

Rachel and Patrick's Wedding Cake

Rachel and Patrick were married at Saratoga Springs and every attention to detail was perfect.  Rachel selected blush and ivory as their colors.  This included their wedding cake.  The cake was iced in blush butter cream and the lace and bow was done in ivory.  A double ivory bead boarder accented 3 of the 4 tiers.

Michelle and Pablo

Michelle and Pablo were married at the Historic Gold Hill park.  This 3 tier cake was done in a lace pattern.  The top tier was covered in the lace.  The bottom 2 tiers were angled to meet and featured a cluster of roses.  The top and in between the tiers also had clusters of white roses and stephanotis.  The final touch were silver butterflies scattered all over.

Congratulations Michelle and Pablo!  We wish you both many many years of  happiness and joy.

Gigi and Brian's Wedding Cake

Gigi and Brian were married at their home on the lake.  After the wedding they welcomed family and friends and served this all white 3 tiered wedding cake. Hand sculpted roses accented the points on the corner.  A cluster of roses topped the cake.

Autumn and Jason's Wedding

Autumn and Jason were married at the Historic Gold Hill Park.     They welcomed their family and friends at their reception that featured their  four tier wedding cake.  The cake was iced in taupe along with the  lace that angled at opposite directions on three of the tiers and the top tier was covered in lace.  Fondant pearls circled around the bottom of each tier and along the edge of the angled lace pattern.  Four shades of roses  accented the top and each tier.  Hundreds of roses petals filled the table.

Hannah's Wedding Cake

Hannah selected this 4 tier cake that featured a royal blue ribbon with silver rhinestones.  The cake alternates a patch work pattern with butter cream dots with the other 2 tiers covered in lace.

Julia and CJ's Wedding Cake

Julia and CJ selected a show piece wedding cake for their reception.  Silver and pearl beads flow off the top tier dropping randomly around the four tier cake.  The cake they selected for themselves to share is decorated is the same way.

Brittany and Shane's Party

A backyard in Concord was totally transformed for a party for Brittany and Shane.  The theme for their celebration was Lucky 7.  This 3 tiered cake had 2 sets of 7's and the middle tier had their monogram on a heart.  Spades, diamonds, clubs and hearts surrounded all three tiers.  On top of the cake was a big dice and several poker chips.

Laura Beth and Duke's Wedding Cake

Laura Beth and Duke were married at their church and then they received their guest at Laura Beth's family home.  The cake sat on their gazebo with the back drop of water falls, ponds, field and trees.  Their 4 tier cake was covered in two shades of fondant.  The four tiers were covered in a wedding white fondant.  Then the alternating tiers have either have a lace wrapped around  them or  little flower with blue dragees in a draping pattern,  all made of the antique fondant.

Morgan and Matt's Wedding Cake

Morgan and Matt were married at Saratoga Springs and welcomed their family and friends at their reception with this wedding cake.  Morgan selected a Show Piece wedding cake so it was the center piece for their entire reception. Their cake had alternating tiers of patchwork with rhinestones and tiers with swirls with pearls and rhinestones.  Each tier had rows of black rhinestones accented by a black board and sat on a silver cake stand.  Off to the side was their own special wedding cake to cut.  It was designed with the swirl pattern to coordinate with the tiered cake.

Emily and Stewart's Wedding Cake

Emily and Stewart were married at Daniel Stowe Gardens.   They celebrated with there guests, this 9 tier elegant wedding cake in two shades of ivory.  The alternating tiers were of a darker ivory full of rosettes and softer ivory lace with every tier having beading.  The topper was also full of rosettes.

Adrienne and Kevin's Wedding Cake

Adrienne and Kevin celebrated their marriage at the Earnhardt family home.  On their wrap around porch sat their wedding cake.  The vintage inspired wedding cake was covered in a soft white  fondant with an ivory bow with 3 flowers accent with a little bling

Kevin's Big Surpise

For months Adrienne and Kevin's father, Preston planned behind the scene a surprise cake for Kevin to be at their rehearsal dinner.  The cake they decided on was a chocolate lab. Kevin has a chocolat lab named Hunter so his grooms cake became Hunter.

Hunter is eating from his dog bowl and munching on his very large dog bone.  The bowl was decorated with his name Hunter and dog bones but inside the bowl was filled with chocolate and strawberry cake truffles.  The dog bone had their monogram in a heart.  Lastly, Hunter had a red collar with the NC State logo.

Crystal and John's Wedding Cakes

Crystal and John celebrated their wedding with family and friends at the Salisbury Train Station.  The room was full of gold and ivory and the finishing touch was their wedding cake.  They selected a 3 tier cake with 2 side cakes.  All the cakes were iced in ivory butter cream with ivory ribbon with bands of gold rhinestones and roses. The center cake has a satin bow with a broach plus ivory lace.

Sarah and Tyler's Wedding

Sarah and Tyler were married and then celebrated their marriage at the Vintage Motor Club in Concord with family and friends.  This lovely 4 tier cake was decorated with silver rhinestone bands at the base of each tier.  Every other tier was decorated with silver and white dragees on the patch work pattern the other two tiers have embroider flowers and their "R" for their last name as a newly married couple.

Sarah and Andy's Wedding Reception

Sarah and Andy had their wedding and reception at the Historic Hotel Concord.  The beautiful architecture was the perfect setting for their wedding and reception and the cake was the center piece. The couple selected orange, pink and  aqua blue so I made daisies to accent the corners of the three tiered wedding cake.  On top were the double hearts and more daisies.  Cornelie lace was placed on each cake at an angle creating a contemporary look to a classic lace.

Aon and John's Wedding

Aon and John celebrated with their family and friend at the Union Street Bistro and shared this white and ivory cake.  The three tiers were iced in ivory with a white band covered in glitter accented with a shell boarder.  Nine white comtempory flowers accented the cake.  I add some glitter to make them elegant with some bling.

John's Grooms Cake

Aon surprised her husband to be with a cake that celebrated John's life.  She picked out items from the scape book isles.  Aon is from Thialand and John is from the US so on the top are maps and flags of each county along with a picture of John's dog. In front are the schools he attended then his favorite hobbies, cultural items that included music and shows finishing up with his truck and one of her favorite foods from Thialand.  I placed it on a lazy susan so the whole cake rotated so each guest could view all of John's favorite things.

I hope you were surprised and amazed by all the items that Aon selected for you.

Andy Grooms Cake

Andy's bride, Sara, selected a grooms cake that showcased Andy's favorite past time.... an X Box.

Bridgett and John's Wedding

Bridgett and John celebrated their wedding at Il Bella Gardens on a beautiful spring evening.  The cake features ruffles from top to bottom accented by a beautiful assortment of flowers in and around the log round.  The cake sat on an antique table to carry through their theme.

Mary and Danny's Wedding

Mary and Danny selected a showpiece cake for their wedding reception held at Charlotte City Club.  This 4 tier cake alternated dots and a swirl pattern.  Because they wanted a showpiece cake they were able to have each layer taller which add a little drama and elegance.

Congratulations Mary and Danny!  We pray for a long beautiful marriage.

Nikki and Jon's Wedding

Nikki and Jon held their wedding at Oehlers BBQ Barn.  Nikki and Jon were the first couple to be married in their lovely chapel on site.  They selected a square 4 tiered showpiece cake.  I used burlap in between each tier  with a thin yellow ribbon.  Hot pink daisies accented each tier but place at an angle all the way down the cake. On the cake for them to cut was the same daisy and a brown fondant band and yellow ribbon to copy the burlap look.

Congratulations Nikki and Jon on your marriage.  We hope you have a life together full of love and laughter.

Dawn and James Wedding

Dawn and James held their wedding reception at The Chima Steakhouse in uptown Charlotte.  They selected 3 different cupcake flavors but all with cream cheese icing and white cupcake wraps. Their cake was decorated in my petal design and a pretty bow on top.  Dawn's all white theme was perfect for a wedding.

Crystal's Bridal Shower

Crystal bridal shower featured this wedding dress and cupcakes in her colors of ivory and gold.  The dress had little gold flowers and white dragrees The cupcakes had the same gold flower with ivory dragees however I added gold glitter for some bridal bling.

Cocktails and Sweets with Chelish Moore Flowers

These are the goodies I made for Chelish Moore Flowers bridal event.  One the cup cake stand there are lemonade and chocolate espresso cup cakes.  Next are the little green boxes that are getting well know for having our bride and groom truffles.  The truffles on the silver plate are key lime, lemon, chocolate and strawberry.  The last treats are the cake push ups.  They were the hit of the party.  I made red velvet with cream cheese, carrot cake with cream cheese and whip cream,  almond pound cake with pineapple/coconut filling topped with butter cream, and strawberry and lemon cake with butter cream.

These cake push up are a great idea for your wedding reception, a bridal shower, rehearsal dinner or instead of cupcakes.

Ginni and David's Wedding Cake

David and Ginni selected a snow theme for their wedding cake.  Mr and Mrs sat on top of their 4 tier cake.  Mr features a tux with a top hat and Mrs is all dressed in white with a long train and veil.  David made sure they had the traditional orange nose was on each.

Snow flakes and a green ribbon went all around the cake.  The final touch was glitter to make the cake sparkle.

Velvet Sash Event

Brandy and Marcus's Wedding Cake

Brandy and Marcus celebrated their marriage with this wedding cake.  A red fondant bow with long ribbons flowed down from the top tier.  One dozen beautiful red roses accented the cake.  Their wedding day was also Brandy's birthday so I placed a large heart saying Happy Birthday Brandy.  On each side of the middle tier there was a heart.

Bebbyn and Zack's Wedding Cake

Bebbyn selected this off set square wedding cake. Hydrangeas flowed off the top to the bottom and circled all around the cake.  The baby grand piano   behind the cake made a beautiful setting for the cake.

The Bridal Showcase at the Charlotte Convention Center

Kate and Lee's Wedding Cake

Kate selected this off set oval cake with purple calla lilies.  Clusters of calla lilies accented each tier, while a very cute vintage bride and groom adorned the top tier.

Susan and Will's Wedding Cake

Susan and Will celebrated their marriage at the Loft in Concord with family and friends.  The Loft was decorated for a Christmas wedding.  The three tiered oval wedding cake was designed off their wedding invitations.  The topper was made of white roses and holly.  A black rhinestone band accented each tier so during the evening reception the bands shimmered.

Congratulations Susan and Will.  Wishing the best of the best in 2012 and many more years of blessings and love to come.

Tiffany and Michael's Centerpiece

Tiffany had a vision for each of the tables for the reception.  On their table I made a ginger bread house.  Keeping with the red, black and white color scheme, I made a ginger bread house in a winter wonderland with touch of red and black.

Trinity and Michael's Wedding Cake

Tiffany and Michael celebrated their wedding on Christmas Eve at the Loft in downtown Concord.  The Loft was the perfect setting for an intimate wedding for two special people.

During the reception christmas lights were turned on under the cake to shine through the glass blocks.
The cake had black circles and oval all over the three tiers, a black bead border and a dozen red roses circled the cake.

Congratulations and Merry Christmas Tiffany and Michael.  We pray blessings and love with flow into your life this first year of marriage.

Janna and Darren's Wedding Cake

Janna selected this 3 tiered offset square wedding cake to have at their wedding reception.  Each layer was banned with four rows of silver rhinestones.  Then accented from top to bottom with white roses.

Grooms Cake for a Yankee fan

This groom is a NY Yankee fan so mom and dad wanted a baseball cap for the rehearsal dinner.  We added a couple bats and balls with their wedding date.

Dustin's Apple Pies for the rehearsal dinner

Dustin is not a big fan of cakes so for his rehearsal dinner he preferred apple pies.  Each pie had a cut out of a deer to carry out the rustic theme for the evening. If you look closely you can see how each deer has different markings based on how they baked.

Brittany and Patrick's Wedding Cake

Brittany selected this damask pattern wedding cake.  To the white and black cake she added hot pink and lime green as accents.  Each tier had a different damask pattern.

Each tier was a different flavor.  Starting at the top, key lime cake with cream cheese and lime zest filling, strawberry cake with cream cheese and fresh strawberry filling, and white chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and fresh strawberries.

Carrie's Party Favors

Carrie celebrated her wedding with party favors for some of her guest.  The sugar cookies are mini wedding cakes accented with small yellow flowers on all three tiers.  They are individually wrapped for passing out as party favors and topped with a pretty curly ribbon.

A Surprise Grooms Cake

Janice surprised her new husband, David with this 3 tiered stump cake. The topper resembled their dog.  The dog has a campo jacket on.  The cake is covered in falling fall leaves and shot gun shells.

Kirby and Alex's Wedding Cake

Kirby and Alex received their wedding guest at Bonterra and treated them to this fall wedding cake.  They selected sweet potato cake with cream cheese filling and chocolate cake with chocolate butter cream filling.  Simple swirls and dots decorated each tier, topped off with fall foliage.

Tisha's Wedding Cake

Tisha selected a fall themed wedding cake for their beautiful wedding at the Magnolia Room.  An orange ribbon went around each layer while a patch work pattern with gold dragees.  Orange roses with baby breath topped the cake. The gold rhinestone single monogram "G" was placed on the 3rd tier.

Beth and John's Wedding Cake

Beth and John were married in Historic Gold Hill and celebrated with this vintage inspired cake.  Dots went all around each of the four layers to look like dotted swiss.  One side of the cake is covered in ivory ruffles.

Jessica and Gabe's Wedding Pies

Jessica and Gabe celebrated their wedding with a non traditional way.  They selected pies to serve their guest.  The reception was full of green apples and with a variety of white flowers.  So we carried their decorating theme on to the pie tree.  Their guest had their choice of apple, cherry, pumpkin and pecan pies.

Angie and Amin's Wedding Cake

Angie and Amin had this stunning wedding cake at their reception.  Pewter bands circled up and down the cake and all around the base of each layer.  Beautiful orange roses were placed around the cake and several roses with greenery and pussy willow branches made the topper for the cake.
